Todd Finley is starting his 30th year in the education profession and 20th year as a Head Coach in Softball.  He is currently employed at Magnet Cove High School as the Head Coach of both the Softball and girls Basketball programs.

Todd started his career as an Assistant Football and Basketball coach and as the high school slow-pitch softball coach at Mt. Ida.   He has made stops in Taylor, Hope, Spring Hill, Bald Knob and Dierks.  His job duties have included Football defensive coordinator three times, Head Basketball Coach at five schools, Assistant Track at two schools,  Baseball at Taylor, and Softball at his past four schools.  He is currently the Vice-President of the AHSFCA.  His coaching highlights include two State Championships and one Runner-up in Softball, and one Runner-up in Baseball.  Todd has had an opportunity to see 71 former players move on to play collegiate softball in the past 19 years.  

His educational background includes a BSE from Henderson State University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.  He and his wife Lori reside in Diamondhead and have two adult children and one grandson.
